During the green season the Go Myoko Cafe is located in the Tom Sawyer Restaurant at Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Resort. This lively area has become a hub for many local events and is where the growing foreign community in Myoko often meet up. The café opens from Thursday to Sunday 10AM to 5PM. Market days are held each month. The market event has become very popular with a variety of unique and interesting products and foods being sold at each event.
Sourdough Bread
Sandwiches made from freshly baked homemade bread are one of the most popular foods at the Go Myoko market. Choose your bread, fillings and dressing to create your own unique sandwich. I chose coriander mayonnaise, lettuce, mushrooms, ham and avocado. Combined with the chewy texture of the fresh sourdough bread this was a delicious and filling sandwich.
BBQ Pulled Pork
On the terrace you can find delicious smoked pulled pork and pork ribs which are served with an original BBQ sauce and fresh sourdough bread.
Tacos !!
Go Myokos own original chicken tacos are also a must try. Topped with well-seasoned chicken and chopped red onions they are excellent!

Other gems to look out for at the market are the amazing vegan chocolate, made with coconut oil. Stunning selections of handmade jewelry and original fermented ginger beer.
Market Stalls
You will find new and different stalls each week at the market. If you wish to host your own stall to sell your goods, you can get in touch with Go Myoko to secure a place. Currently it is free to have a stall at the market.
