Kanzuri
Kanzuri is a signature spicy fermented chili condiment from the Myoko region. One of the most important steps in its production is the snow-aging of chili peppers, a traditional process carried out each year on the coldest day of winter (Daikan).
This year, the first snow-aging will take place on January 20.
On the day, visitors are welcome to observe the process and participate in the snow-aging experience. This unique tradition has become a beloved winter sight in Myokoβplease take this opportunity to see it for yourself. We look forward to welcoming you!
