Akakura Kanko Resort

Akakura is one of the oldest ski resort areas in Japan. The famous Kanko Hotel sits half way up the resort area on the side of the mountain. The resort borders the neighbouring Akakura Onsen resort and a joint ticket can be purchased. The resort has many facilities and is suitable for all levels of skier and snowboarder.

Akakura Onsen Ski Resort is a huge resort made up of 3 main areas, Yodel, Kumado and Ginrei. There are plenty of different courses suitable for all levels of skier and boarder. Akakura Onsen is also the only resort in Myoko to offer night time skiing.


Arai Lotte Ski Resort

Arai Lotte Ski Resort is opening this season 2017 after being closed for over 1o years. The Korean giants Lotte are aiming to turn Arai resort in to one of the best in Asia. With fully refurbished hotels and lifts and plenty of amazing powder snow this will be a top destination for many this season.


Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Resort

Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Resort is split into 2 areas. The right side offers a wide slope that is great for beginners while the left side offers great powder snow and tree line areas for more advanced skiing/boarding. There is also one of the best terrain parks in Japan at Ikenotaira.


Suginohara Ski Resort

Myoko Suginohara ski resort has two zones, the Suginohara Zone and the Mitahara Zone. The resort also has the longest run in Japan of 8.5km! The large resort has a variety of slopes suitable for all levels and abilities. The top of the resort has some great snow and some excellent tree runs. There is also a great ski park and half pipe.


Seki Onsen Ski Resort

Seki Onsen is a small ski resort with only 2 lifts and 6 courses but it has some of the best and deepest powder snow you will find anywhere in Japan. More suited to advanced skiers and boarders there is a lot of off piste powder to be found at Seki Onsen.


Tangram Ski Circus

Tangram ski circus is a great resort for families as they have some great facilities for young children. The resort is joined with Madarao ski resort and a joint ticket opens up the whole mountain for some great skiing and boarding.


Madarao Mountain Resort

Madarao is becoming well known for its ungroomed courses and great powder. It has many courses including some great tree runs. It borders Tangram Ski Circus and a joint pass for both resorts is available.


Kyukamura Myoko RunRun

Kyukamura is a small resort with a single gentle slope. The resort is nice for beginners and families with small children.

Myoko Ski Park Resort

Myoko Ski Park is a small resort with 2 courses. It is suitable for familes and beginners as the resort generally doesnt get crowded and the slope is gentle.
